Our fees include professional charges for the work performed. Government fees (DIRCO, High Court, Deeds Office) and courier costs are charged separately and at cost — we do not mark these up.
How Our Pricing Works
Professional fees — Our charges for notarial work: drafting, notarising, lodging, collecting, and returning documents. Quoted upfront.
Government fees — DIRCO, High Court, and Deeds Office each charge their own fees. These are set by the relevant authority and charged at cost.
Courier and delivery — If documents need to be sent by courier, charges are on your account. We arrange or you provide your own courier.
No hidden charges — The quote we give you is the quote you pay.
Service Fees
Notarisation
Notarised copies, witnessing signatures, notarial certificates, life certificates — quote on request. Simple notarisations are our most affordable service.
Apostille Certificates
Fees depend on whether the document needs notarisation first (High Court route) or goes directly to DIRCO. Discounted per-document rate for batches. Professional fee + government lodgement fee.
Antenuptial Contracts
All-inclusive fee covering consultation, drafting, notarisation, Deeds Office lodgement, and registration fee. No additional charges for standard contracts.
Document Legalisation
Combined quote covering all steps we handle. Government fees itemised separately.
Powers of Attorney
Fees depend on whether we draft the document or notarise your signature on an existing document, and whether apostille is required.
